Experience

With a background in swimming, I now have 18+ years of triathlon training and racing experience. I have had success in many triathlon races of all distances from sprint to Ironman, as well as individual swimming, cycling, and running races of all types. While I love living the triathlon lifestyle, I am also a wife and a mother so I understand the need to juggle many of life's requirements and balance priorities. But even with all of that, I found have that it is still possible to have it all. In 2009, I qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, just 7 months after giving birth to my first child. I then went on to set a personal Ironman PR before celebrating my daughter's first birthday.

Goals

I am passionate about the athletes I coach. One of my favorite things to do is to get to know you as an athlete... what makes you tick? What are your goals? How can I help you reach them?  Whether you want to complete your first triathlon, tackle a longer distance, or are aiming for the World Championships, I will help you Find A New Gear and achieve success, all while balancing all your other life priorities.
